Cramping on Progesterone?

So I'm 8dpiui, got my progesterone checked yesterday and it was 6.6. So now I'm on 200 mg of progesterone inserted before bedtime. Last night was the first night and I had cramping on and off throughout the night. Is this normal?

I just started them last night and had more cramping today than ever. The worst part is they're red! So I have what looks like spotting all day! I also feel extremely tired, not sure if that's related to that or pregnancy. (Not 100% pregnancy is viable)

I've been very crampy while on it. I have to insert morning and before bed. Made sure to wear a liner. These things are a pain.
