Negative opk but symptoms

I have had all my typical ovulation symptoms but not actually had a positive opk (tested morning and afternoon) is it possible that I have just missed my surge and could of ovulated anyway.???
​I have BD on all of my fertile days according to glow. 
​So I hope I'm in with some luck!
