I Can't Stop 🛑!!! UPDATE:

Hi guys please help. I am 12 years old and masturbate. A few months ago I started to hold my urethra down and felt pleasure from it. So I kept doing it. Then I searched on the internet and. Found out that you can get a UTI from it. So then I started to get scared but I couldn't stop it so I just continued. Now I am getting worried about what to do because I feel so much pleasure from doing it. Please help me because I don't want it to get to a point where I have to tell my mum because I'm embarrassed about doing it. Also a few days ago I when I started to PEE it would have a burning sensation at the end and I went to the doctors with my mum and she said that it was because I wasn't drinking enough water which was true. So now I don't know if I can still get a UTI now or not. BTW I didn't tell my mum about me masturbating.Please help because I'm really worried about this and I don't wanna end up having an infection or anything even my mum said that I might I may have had an infection but I was just like I don't have one because I didn't think I did and I was right. So can you give me any advice on what to do because I'm not sure and I don't think haven't got to tell my mum. It even took me awhile to put this on eve so can you please say give me any advice but doesn't involve me telling my mum thank you. BTW YOUR URETHRA IS THAT SMALL HOLE WHERE YOU PEE FROM.

UPDATE : I am now better and it wasn't a uti. Akashi I have started to lessen the amount of times I hold down my urethra. I'm very proud.
