Letting baby put themselves to sleep
My daughter is almost 4 months and I'm wanting to start letting her learn to put herself to sleep for naps. If you've successfully done this, what was the process you used? And how long did it take for them to get in the hang of it? {Please no one be condescending about how terrible this is for the baby. 🙄 I'm not going to let her lay there and scream and cry at this age.} Just wanting to know what has worked for other people.
