My Vagina has been itchy for three weeks, the itch feels like burning, and when I scratch there's tiny traces of blood. Then I masterbate but that stopped entirely since the itch started. I have whiteish clear discharge and I can't go pee without it leaving a burning feeling. And the itch is coming from my uterus and entry. I'm a virgin.

Explanation?

Edit: I looked at my vagina in the mirror and there is redness around my vulva. I haven't seen any discharge or anything.
