In Love With Him.. Do I Tell Him?

I really like him, I'm falling in love with him I love everything about him. I'm not sure if he was serious but last night after we left the club, he was like "I guess I'm in love with a crazy person" because I had said something. I really wanna tell him, before he leaves for school(3 hours away). He said he will see me in a few weeks after school starts and I believe it.
