pregnancy question

i had sex two days after i ended ovulating & my boyfriend withdrew and came in my mouth. i blew him for a little bit and then he said he was ready to have sex again... so we did. Is there any real chance that he could have gotten me pregnant from him coming the first time?

i still have like a day to take plan B but don't want to take it if i don't really need to. i'm 19 btw
