Is anyone getting cramping in their first trimester? I'm 4w4d and I'm cramping ????? no blood just cm

Get ready to feel lots more of that. It is your uterus growing and stretching! I'm almost 10 weeks and still feel it daily. My mind still tells me AF is going to arrive any second... Then I remember I'm actually just pregnant! It's totally normal.

Yes! Your uterus is growing:-) it's a good thing as long as there's no bleeding and the cramps are not severe. Maybe mention it at your next check up

I've been cramping for the last few days as well. It comes and goes, along with some back pain. Very much like AF pains.
