My husband recently separated from the Air Force which covered our health care (tricare) now that he's out and is still awaiting to start his VA benefits and I'm 33 weeks pregnant I got us started with Medicaid. I've always had tricare my whole life because of my dad....I don't know anything about other health care! I guess I'm looking for general information that Medicaid covers and rules etc since I'm pregnant. We recently moved to Nevada and I've been told by some dr office they don't want to accept me as a patient because by the time I can get an appointment I'll be 36 weeks and dr doesn't see patients that far along. Any help or if someone has experienced this has any POSITIVE ADVICE I would gladly appreciate it.
