Ok DON'T take medical advice from a pregnancy forum. 
There are a few things that need to be considered when looking at that pressure. First off, what do you normally run and are you pregnant? If you're pregnant, how far along are you and are they watching you for preeclampsia or PIH? While those numbers are not "high" or usually anything to be worried about, if you normally run on the low side, it is high enough to be concerning. Also, despite the numbers, how are you feeling? Seeing spots? Dizzy? Headache? You can be preeclamptic without significantly elevated numbers if you're spilling protein in your urine. 
Only your OB can determine if you need to be worried about an elevated BP reading. 
Generally speaking though, it's best to take a couple readings so you can call them with a trend if you're concerned.

Yes that's fine! 120|80 is normal but everybody is going to be a little bit different. That's not a bad BP

Agreed, depends on what you normally run. While it's a bit higher than the "average" of 120/80, that would be high for me, because I usually run in the low 100s/60s. Did you just finish doing something strenuous or stressful? Did you have coffee, energy drink, smoke, etc? That can all raise your BP.

Depends on what you normally run. That would be high blood pressure for me because I usually am at around 115/60
