Workout!
So going to the beach in like 4 weeks and my parents came up with the idea of seeing who could lose the most weight and have our beach body ready by the time we go. It's my mom and dad one team and my fiancé and I the other team. Anyone have any tips on some easy/but good workouts! I am 20 I'm 5'4 and I weigh 136.4 as of this morning
