Advice please no negativity

I let my ex boyfriend come back and we had sex now I have trichamoniasis sorry if I misspelled that, and a bad uti, my advice is I need to move on but should I tell every guy I get with I have this or have had this. It's the first and I told my ex and he still wants to come and see me but I told him I will need proof that he got treated for it as well. I I'm not planning on taking him back he was sleeping around on me before and I gave him a second chance well there won't be a third. Thanks everyone for you advice in advance.
