Cramps. Real of fake ?

Please please !!! My father doesn't believe the severity of my cramps, please explain how bad cramps feel to him :( OH! He also thinks my cravings for chocolate are just an excuse to indulge can y'all please explain to this man that it truly does help :(((

Some women can get severe cramps on their periods. My sister can't walk when she gets hers, I throw up from mine and my best friend can go about her day to day life normal with minor irritations. Cramps are very painful depending on the woman. As for chocolate, dark chocolate is very healthy for women in general and can be helpful on your period but not too much. Women on their periods get food cravings just like pregnant women do. I crave orange chicken on my period all the time. I don't know why.

Cramps are the worst! I've had them so bad sometimes I can't even walk, like literally doubled over in pain! If men had even the slightest idea..... 🙄

I have a friend who had to get on birth control to regulate everything bc her cramps were literally so bad her body passed out. My sister loses vision. Cramps aren't a joke man

yes the pain of cramps are horrible, and period cravings are real. like I get super bad cramps and I also eat chocolate on my period as well. but when your on your period its no joke
