I already know I am having a chemical pregnancy - I tested with a very definite positive on the 22nd, and confirmed I was pregnant. A few days ago I started spotting and then it turned into what would normally appear to be my period - quite heavy, some pretty good cramping. I have miscarried once before, however it was at 13 wks so I definitely knew what it was at that time - this time being only a few weeks, I'm not sure. I hadn't passed anything besides a few small and loose clots. I went to change my pad and jump in the shower and saw this. You can't really tell from the picture but it had a fleshy texture, pretty dense. And also was odd in color - a pink/grey maybe?... The lump was actually inside of the 'clot' itself but I saw the light, pinkish color difference and was curious so I took a look to see..
