how to relieve headaches during pregnancy???

I'm 16 weeks 5 days and lately I've been having bad headaches. what are some remedies you recommend??

Water, Tylenol, peppermint oil on temples and other pressure points, naps, small amount of caffeine IF it's from caffeine withdraw if it's not it could dehydrate you and make it worse, eat something small sometimes hunger causes headaches, lay down, rub temples, put pressure on your forehead and the base of your skull.

I always drank something with caffeine in it, because I want to avoid Tylenol all together even though it's safe. It worked, and still does! (As long as you don't go over 200mg you're all good)

Lots of water, sleep, and an ice pack at the nape of your neck

I guess Tylenol/acetaminophen doesn't work? That's what helps me. You can try a hot or cold compress.
