I always told my Ma who I was with just in case anything happens. Obviously didn't tell her there was going to be a boy tagging along or that I was hangin with a boy to have sex 😂 but did tell her who I am hanging out with and where

If it's a FWB type thing l would see why you'd lie but if it's a bf then l'd be straight up and tell them you're going to go hang with your bf. Unless it's over night and they don't approve of you hanging out with your boy. I'd lie if l had controlling parents but l don't so l never had to lie about stuff like that.
