Is there anyway to know if you're dilating, on your own? I no longer have insurance, they never sent us a letter stating I won't have it anymore & they took me off because I turned 19 BUT before I turned 19 in june they NEVER gave us a warning. I just found out last week they took me off. The process is talking awhile to go on my own and now I'm not allowed to go to any of my appointments unless I pay $300 per visit. I'm already 37 weeks & haven't gotten checked since I was 35 weeks, it's scary because I have no clue what's going on.

What are some signs of labor or any symptoms you ladies had weeks before birth? I've been having really awful pains.
