Nasal congestion???

Any other preggos suffering from nasal congestion almost all the time? Seems like I'll get stuffy , lasts about 3 days then goes away and comes right back again ! I'm using essential oils but only helps temporarily. Just wondering if I'm not alone !

🖐 me! Been experiencing this as well. Apparently it's pregnancy rhinitis, where our hormones are causing our mucus membranes to swell.
I've been getting stuffy noses that's mostly dried up and so it's not enough for me to blow my nose. I'm constantly feeling like I have to clear out my nose out for boogers with the help of a simple saline nasal spray and just massaging my nose until I can try to blow some out, but still need to use some Qtips to really dig in there. I get post nasal drip so it makes me nauseous sometimes. 
I've just started using a humidifier at night, hoping it'll help moisten the dry air in the room while I sleep so I can actually breath through my nose.

Had excess boogers my entire pregnancy. Just had to learn to live with it 🤷🏻‍♀️. Also,  e careful with essential oils while pregnant there are certain ones that you should stay away from unfortunately
