Names?

I'm 14 weeks 4 days and I'm stuck! I've always wanted a little girl and I wanted to name her after my old cat Mia Marie.. but I've been looking at other names looking for a boy's name and I've decided Michelangelo.. but I saw Lorelai for a girl (yes Gilmore Girls reference lol) and now I'm stuck between Mia and Lorelai!! And I can't think of any middle names that would go good with Lorelai or Michelangelo! Any suggestions? Thank you in advance! ❤️❤️❤️
