It's a little too early to be sure. The labia can appear swollen at this stage and resemble boy parts. I wouldn't throw a party or start buying stuff quite yet. I would wait until your anatomy scan to be safe.

It could be. I would definitely wait until at least 18 weeks to confirm. My doctor doesn't do an anatomy scan until 20 weeks because the margin for error is much lower.

It really looks like boy parts but like the other person said at 13 weeks it's still really early. I wouldn't get too excited until the anatomy scan.

When I had my anatomy scan at 20 weeks, while she was measuring other parts I swore I saw his boy parts but turns out it was the cord! I am having a boy and she did end up showing us but the way his cord was sitting made it also resemble boy parts.
