I'm 34 weeks and 3 days pregnant when will I lose my mucus plug?

Everyone loses it or the baby wouldn't come out. You may lose it in small amounts leading up to labor or you may lose it in labor and not notice. No one can say what will happen with you and your body.

I never lost mine. Not all women loose theirs.

I have 3 kids. First time, I didn't lose it. Second and third babies I lost it but didn't have the baby for another 2.5 weeks. It can also regenerate itself if you lose it too early. So losing the mucus plug is pretty uneventful.
