So I have my 20weeks ultrasound check up tomorrow. I received an email telling me procedures for before this appointment..

Empty bladder 2hours before appointment

Within the first hour drink 32ounces of water or until bladder is full

Do not empty bladder until otherwise

Finish the rest of the water within the next hour...

Never in this whole pregnancy have had these rules for an ultrasound. Is it because it halfway and it makes a difference to see the gender orrr.....
