Vitamin A?
I'm so confused about Vitamin A with pregnancy. I'm 23 weeks pregnancy and i only take half of my prenatal vitamin dose because i'm terrified about what everyone says about Vitamin A in pregnancy. I heard it's dangerous. my prentals contain them. really stressed and confused. please help? FTM
