WHY CANT I SLEEP

Question

I seriously don't understand!! This has been going on for about a week! I'll lay in bed for a couple of hours and cant fall asleep!! About an hour after laying down, I have to get back up to go to the bathroom but then I lay down and close my eyes and I just can't seem to power down my brain!!! I'm 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I honestly don't understand why I can't sleep.. I so badly want to. Is anyone else having this problem? #Sincerely,NewMom

maybe you're overwhelmed lol. idk, I was like that. but I was sleeping a lot throughout the day. Now Im 37 weeks & still like that but now its from pain & not being comfortable

I was sleeping like a baby (ha!) during the first trimester but now... Everything bothers me! My feet are hot, my feet are cold. I'm itchy, my belly is too big, my legs are restless, there are too many pillows, there aren't enough pillows, I thought I saw a bug, I killed a bug, what if there are more bugs...
And when I fall asleep, I keep having those livid dreams, sometimes they become nightmares... Help! 😩

I haven't been able to sleep either since I found out I was pregnant on July 23rd.  So crazy!  Maybe because I am so excited.  Can't turn brain off.
