15lbs Overweight and 5 weeks Pregnant

Th
Hi all! I was on a pre-pregnancy weight loss plan before finding out I was pregnant this week! That said, I'm still a least 10-15lbs over weight. I'm 5'4'' & 153-155lbs. My goal weight was 125 (wedding weight), but I need to be 140lbs at least to have a healthy BMI. I now switched to following a modified Gestational Diabetes/Weight Watchers diet. I'm not counting calories, but using weight watchers "Simply Filling" and counting points for any carb-centric items like bread, pasta and sweets. If I continue to lose weight, is weight loss in the first trimester inherently unhealthy? Or is it just unhealthy to restrict calories? I eat to satisfaction, but my diet simply requires I eat healthier choices instead of bagels and ice cream. Should I expect to lose weight, or be more focused on not gaining weight? I work out 4x/week with a mix of free weights and HIIT training, which I don't plan to stop until the doctor says otherwise. (31yo, first child, 5weeks pregnant).
