Ttc and antibiotics

Was due for ovulating according to glow from Saturday til tomorrow, and last week I was bed ridden with a cold-flu type thing, so made BD a challenge! But on the Friday before, I was so sick my husband pleaded for me to go to the dr, who prescribed me antibiotics, and when I asked, the dr (not my usual one) said he couldn't give me pregnancy friendly ones cos I'm allergic to penicillin which is apparently the one of choice, didn't really care when I said we were ttc. Anyway, just finished the round, but I'm not quite 100%, but since it's my glow green day (highest percent) tomorrow husband thinks we should BD and try for this month. I'm skeptical cos I feel like I've had too many drugs over key ovulating time, also thinking I'm not fully well so maybe need another set of antibiotics. I'm so sad an upset cos last month wasn't it and I was really excited for trying again this month, and now this! Don't want to start a baby off on the wrong foot if that's possible! What do you think? Is it safe to try? Thanks heaps!
