Worst pain in the world.

What do you believe is the worst physical pain you can be in/ have experienced? Childbirth is obviously at the top of most people's list, but it can be relative. What do you think is the worst? Glow only gives me 5 options but I can also think of severe burns and animal bites/ stings.
