To much amniotic fluid??

Question

So I went to go get a scan today I am currently 27 weeks they said baby is 2lbs 8Oz and measuring at 28 weeks and 4 days they did say I had to much amniotic fluid anyone else have been told that?? Is this something I should worry about?

A co worker had this. She was monitored very closely throughout the latter stages of her pregnancy. As she had so much fluid, they didn't want her waters breaking or giving birth naturally and she ended up being induced and having a caesarean. If you have any questions I'd ask your midwife etc as every pregnancy is different and they're the best people to answer your concerns! Good luck!!
