Did you keep trying while waiting to start?

So
After a number of confirmed chemicals and a 9 week trisomy 16 miscarriage, I visited with a fertility specialist who advised that now is the time to start the ivf with pgd process (and bank eggs/embryos due to age (37)).  My husband and I are very ok with it - have no reservations and would start tomorrow if we could.  That said, as we wait for tests to come back, we'll have one last chance the old fashioned way.  As much as I'm literally biologically driven to try to maximize this last chance, I'm also hesitant for a few reasons.  Primarily and because all tests seem to be coming back normal, I don't think my egg quality/reserve is great and worry about another miscarriage that sets us back in time even further.  Anyone in a similar boat?  What did you do?  Wait it out or go for it?  I'm so torn and the extra stress isn't helpful!
