Tremors & Pregnancy

I have benign tremors in my arms. Basically it just means that my arms shake for no reason 🤷‍♀️ I take medicine to help control it. I got the meds approved by my doctors before getting pregnant. Basically if I need the meds they said keep taking them. Well the past couple days I've been having bad tremors. I don't feel like the meds are working that well. I'm only 5w5d. I'm not sure if my body is just going all wonky or what. Does anyone else have tremors?? I'm going to talk to my doctor next week about it. But want to see if anyone else on here has gone through this before...
