Peeing at appointments?

Am I the only person who has a hard time peeing at appointments sometimes I can do great others not good at all 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

Don't go to the bathroom like 3 hours before you have to go to appointment. At least. Once I feel I have to go before my appointment . Even 5 hours before I do hold it. Unless I have to go badly. I usually am able to hold , although baby is on bladder... is what I do.

I don't have to pee in a cup, they just have us pee on the test strip. usually I have to pee so bad I feel like I'm going to lose grip on the strip lol
