very light bleeding for 4 days negative test all symptoms present !!

well my periods are not always on time so idk the specific day it's due I do know that they are always HEAVY. well I've been very lightly bleeding 4 days now like panty liner amount if that. with all symptoms under sun except negative test. I used the dollar store ones but by now would ot matter since this is around time of due period ? is it me getting my hopes up for baby #2. help!
