hi I am just worried  or maybe paranoid  if I can get pregnant because me and my boyfriend had  unprotected sex 5days after my period and he cummed on me twice  and this is the first time  that  we did it..Can anybody   help me  thanks 😊

do you mean just tracking your ovulation in lieu of using birth control do a good job of preventing pregnancy? no it doesn't. you do not necessarily ovulate on the same day each month. and sperm can live for up to 5 days. by the way, opk's and bbt's do not give you an exact ovulation date nor do they even confirm that you actually ovulated. They only give you a window of about 36 hours during which it might occur.
