teething baby

my 3 month old has 2 teeth trying to come in on the bottom. and he is super super fussy. doesn't wanna eat. doesn't wanna be held. doesn't wanna be laid down. doesn't want me. doesn't want his daddy. doesn't want his teething ring. nothing. I've been crying all day because I can't do anything to help him. I'll give him orajel and it calms him for about 30 minutes for him to eat then he's pissed again. I'm losing my mind here.
