Baby Aspirin?
I have a question! I had my 8 week appointment last week and the person who went over all of my paperwork and health history told me that all of my vitamins were good and the only thing she would recommend adding was a baby aspirin everyday. I had already told her there was no history of high blood pressure in my family and she told me that BEFORE she took my blood pressure. After she took it she said it was perfect and moved on to the next topic. I guess I just thought it was odd that she suggested that with no evidence of an issue where I would need it to help with blood pressure control. Also, everything I've read says NOT to take aspirin so it just seems so weird to me! Just wondering if anyone else's dr advised them to do a daily baby aspirin and if so, why?
