Bleeding after getting fingered?!

Okay so I was with my boyfriend and we normally do things pretty rough, I'm sorry if that's tmi. I've already had my period this month, so it wasn't that. But he was fingering me today and he went pretty deep, and he was definitely touching my cervix. He pulled his fingers out and there was light watery blood. Not like period blood. I'm not in pain or anything. I was just wondering if I should be concerned?? Thanks!
