Never give up...

I'm 19 and starting nursing school in 3 weeks.

From 13 to 16 I was raped and abused by a boyfriend. I reported him, went through court, had him plead guilty, only for my lawyer (for the county) to dismiss the case due to him saying that I could have left the abusive relationship (judge wanted him held accountable ).

I attemtped suicide last year, spent 16 days in the ICU and hospital, am now 16 months clean from cutting, in a very healthy place, passed my teas test and got accepted into nursing school and discovered the love of my life.

I have been through hell and back, but discovered the beauty of life.

I have 100% of college/nursing school saved up for and am moving into my apartment next month that has a workout facility on the first floor that I am so excited for.

This just goes to show that you should never ever give up on life. Although it can be horrible at times, it really does get better and I am loving proof of this.
