Boob job

I'm an A cup. I am deeply insecure about them. Size/shape. I would like to get a boob job to go up to a full B/small C.

What can I expect in terms of breaking/leaking? I haven't found a doctor yet but have been doing research.

I like rough sex as well as horseback riding and working out. I am nervous about something happening and it breaking somehow. I'm not a fan of intense pain soo.

How realistic are silicone? I'd hope to get them under the muscle for a more realistic look/feel. Can anyone tell me their experience? How you like yours? Would you do it again? Feel free to post before and after a!
