So today I had to go to the ER. Moderate bleeding and mild cramping. They did an hcg test on my blood and it showed my level to be 996. Then they did a transvaginal  ultrasound and it showed a gestational sack that measured about 5 weeks 3 days. They couldn't tell if anything was in the sack or not. I'm suppose to be 7 weeks 4 days according to my LMP and when I believe to have conceived. They said there could be a number of reasons for this from wrong dates (which I'm pretty sure I'm not wrong), an impending miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy. I'm going to my midwife today for further evaluation. Can anyone give me some insight?
