Please help me!!!

Im really worried...I've had 6 BFPs, my AF was due on 5th. On the 4th I had very very light pink spotting just once. Now today on the 9th I have had some red bleeding. I had another BFP this morning and I have a doc app tomorrow morning to confirm the pregnancy. I'm 21, healthy, and no real reason for a miscarriage but I'm panicking myself? Has anyone else experienced bleeding in early pregnancy and had things turn out ok? I'm very nervous. My partners annoyed at me because he thinks I'm overreacting and ruining what's supposed to be a happy time. I don't think he really understands what's going on
