Has anyone run across this rash before on your LO?

These bumps just popped up on my LO yesterday and have gotten a little worse today going down her legs. We are taking her to the pediatrician in the morning but it is driving me nuts right now. They do not itch or seem to bother her at all but we are transitioning to organic cows milk so maybe allergies? Please help😕

This popped up on my son's leg 1-2 months ago. Looks similar. We don't have a cause. thought it could be a strawberry allergy but it took until now to start decreasing. it's still not gone. We went without strawberries for a while but didn't make a difference. seen two pediatricians and they're not worried. If you slide your finger over the skin and the bumps turn skin color than it's no big deal per our ped.
