To eat lunch meat or not? My doctor told me I could eat sandwiches at places like subway and potbellys. I love turkey and chicken sandwiches. I don't eat it all the time but on occasion. Which would you eat?

I eat the turkey that's packaged sometimes I hear it up other times I don't my doc said it was fine which Im glad Bc I don't eat a lot of meat and not a lot

In moderation. My doctor told me it's ok and that yes listeria is real but my chances are like getting struck by lightening. I try to only have it once in a while and make sure it's fresh. If possible have warm. Like grilled ham and cheese sandwich.  But it's hard to stay away from salami :)
