Vitex
Needing some advice! I started taking vitex that way I could regulate my periods, well I got pregnant. I asked my doctor if I should start taking them and she said to wean myself off of them at 10 weeks. She didn't seem to concerned about them and had my hormones tested. I'll be 10 weeks Saturday and I only have a few left. I usually take 2 a day. Should I take one a day until I run out?
