Good stuff to feed a 1 year old?

Does anyone have any ideas one good stuff to feed a 1 year old to fill him up? He snacks a lot but I want to feed him more solids and meal type foods

My daughter's favorites are scrambled and hardboiled eggs, lentiles with cooked carrots and cabbage, roasted chicken in tiny shreds, salmon, whole grain bread in tiny pieces, cottage cheese, yo baby organic yogurt, bananas, and pasta (ABC or other soup noodles, or spaghetti cut very tiny), shredded mozzarella cheese.

Protein! My kids (age 1 and 2.5) eat whatever we eat. Lean protein, veggies, whole grains and fruit at every meal. Protein will keep them full longer. We do salmon, cod, grilled chicken, turkey, ground beef, ground turkey, pork chops, tuna, etc. both my kids eat all of that- it's have to make it your normal eating habits. Also finer rich veggies will help fill him up.
