spotting

I just had something weird... I went pee and when I wiped, I had the SMALLEST spot of blood on the tp. I freaked a bit and stuck my finger up in my vagina and wiped it off on a piece of tp, but there wasn't blood on my finger. I wiped my behind because (sorry, this is so tmi,) I've had hemorrhoids since having my other kids, but there was no blood there either. I actually wiped my front again (I was really freaking out,) and there was another spot of blood. I've gone to the bathroom since and there wasn't anymore spotting, but of course I'm super freaked out about a miscarriage now. Any ideas as to what that might have been?
