For all ladies who want to remain motivated to eat healthy and exercise during pregnancy!
I'm 4w3d and I just finished a total body cardio workout and now I'm having these tugging little cramps. I have had them off and on the last few days but not all day today. Do you gals think it's concerning that it didn't start till after my workout? I did do the ab exercises too. Maybe I should have left those out?
