Back pain?

Is anyone else experiencing back pain?  12 weeks and tonight my back muscles are killing me! Feels like they just won't relax

Yes I'm 24 weeks and it is a everyday thing. The more I walk around the worse. I have discovered that what shoes I wear make a diff! My toms kill me. Find something with a lot of cushion and support. I also sit when I can and soak in warm baths to help the pain. Be sure to stretch daily . I touch my toes a lot through the day just to stretch out . Ur posture is a big deal also. Don't stand on one hip or arch ur back.
