Depression can hit at anytime in your life

Yes especially if it was never treated in the first place. Studies are also showing that post partum depression can carry on for more than just the first couple of months, it's definitely true for me. My daughter will turn 1 this September and I still have it though it's not as bad as when I first had it and I was diagnosed at 4 months PP with it. 
Please see someone if you feel like you have it! There is absolutely nothing shameful about it!

I still have depression and my daughter is 3. It's very possible. Talk to your doctor. Mine has been very supportive.
