Baby girl? 20 week ultrasound

I'm over the moon! Just found out we are having a baby girl...but just out of curiosity does it look like her parts are swollen? Just wondering if anyone else's baby girls ultrasound was similar?

It being swollen is normal! I've seen so many ultrasounds of girls being swollen so much so the mother swore it was a boy lol.
