Yes, I was planning to make biscuits. So I called my aunt and got her famous butter biscuit recipe, and instead of me putting flour in it, I put powder sugar(about 1 1/2 cups, a stick of butter, sugar, and a lil salt, and baking powder).🤦🏾‍♀️ so when I put it in the oven it was really just icing baking, and it turned out a DISASTER.😂😂

Omg yes!!😂😂 Yesterday I was making hard boiled eggs and I BURNT THEM! Like how do you burn hard boiled eggs??? (I was reading a book, didn't out the timer, and let it go waaayyy past the time)

I was preheating the oven at my MIL house to make some baked salmon for dinner. apparently they kept their pans in the oven and the cast iron pan had been used that morning and still had bacon grease in it that they were gonna put in dog food. I opened the oven and the entire house was instantly smoked out and all the smoke  detectors went off. I don't cook there anymore

Yes!!! Frying things is not something I'm good at. I can make pot roast on a stove and can barely fry chicken 😂😂😂. I like to try recipes but I avoid anything that involves frying meat.

I was got dogs, so I put the water to boil with the hot dogs. I forgot about it and fell asleep. The fire alarm went off and I don't wake up till my little sister shook me awake. My neighbour's came over to check that everything was ok because they heard the also going off.

Usually I'm very good I'm the kitchen, but here goes my mistakes. The first three happened on our first 8 months of marriage, the last one happened while I was trying to entertain my 20 months old boy while I was nursing my 1 month old girl.                                                          1- I did waffles for the first time. Before I got married I never used teaspoons and tablespoons, so I didn't had any idea about the difference, anyway I used 3 tablespoons of baking powder instead of 3 tablespoons.... imagine the flavor!                                                           2- Once I forgot that the rice had already seasoning and I added extra salt...salty rice for supper!                                            3- My husband loves chocolate chip cookies (Who doesn't?) so I started to teach myself... I fail badly the first 4 times, the next time the cookies were almost perfect but I forgot to added the eggs!!                                                             4- A couple weeks ago I was cooking beans, usually it takes 1.5 to be ready, I forgot the beans for more than two hours! I thought that the house was on fire.

I tried to make homemade pie crust for the first time yesterday and just... no. 🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻 it was terrible and hard to chew. 0/10 would not recommend.
